Pair to Single Splinter Bar Conversion
1.The photo above shows the carriage set up for a pair. To convert the carriage from pair to single follow the steps below. Remove the three bolts that hold the Splinter Bar onto the carriage.
2.One bolt is located right over the Pole – Spring Assembly.
3.The other two bolts are at each end of the Splinter Bar (next to the rubber step bumper). Once these bolts are removed you can lift out the entire Splinter Bar Assembly.
4.Slide the Single Horse Single Tree into the attachment point at the center of the Pair Splinter Bar. Replace the bolt and tighten it enough to hold the Single Tree in place, but not too tight to prevent it from moving side to side. Periodically check the bolt to ensure proper tightness.
